Earle Swensens

Baked Hoisin Cod fish [$35.90++]- 470.2 kcal (Full Portion)I love cod fish! And this cod fish is 5 x pricier than the normal cod fish, a better quality one and that explains the price! The fish is sweet buttery soft and goes very well with Hoisin sauce. This would be perfect if the fish skin can be slightly crispy. The potatoes are good!

Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant

Double-boiled white fungus in Pear Vessel [$15++]- 454.2 kcal ( Full Portion)

This is under the soup menu but I feel that this is more of a dessert to me! This dish is boiled for the longest time and the essence are all in that pear! Very nourishing ! Si Chuan Dou Hua restaurant is also well known for their tea servers! Do experience it if you are there!

The Soup Spoon Union

Grilled Salmon with Cauliflower Rice [$15.80++]- 486.3 kcal (Full Portion)My first reaction when I saw cauliflower – EEK! But I was surprised when I didn’t see cauliflower as a whole in that dish! This is because all the cauliflowers have blended into tiny bits and mix with quinoa and edamame to replace the white rice that we usually eat. AND THIS IS SO GOOD! Salmon skin is crispy with tender juicy meat ! Cauliflower rice is so tasty that I wiped it clean that day !
